Q:	Who is required to take Phase I training?
A:	Anyone required to take Phase II or Phase III training must take Phase I. Phase I is intended for any staff member, Federal or contract.

Q:	How does HHS ensure that all employees take the necessary training?
A:	OPDIV Section 508 Officials are responsible for ensuring that all employees attend required training sessions. The HHS Acquisition Regulation requires Section 508 training for all requiring, contracting, and authorizing officials.
