| Q: |
How
do you prove undue
burden or commercial
non-availability? |
| A: |
Undue
Burden is proven
by determining
that providing
an accessible solution
would create a significant,
enterprise-level
business disruption for
the OPDIV.
Commercial
Non-Availability must
prove that no
product is available
that meets the
business need,
that also meets
all of the applicable
provisions of Section
508. |
